Where can Crystalline swords be found [reward offered] - Guild Wars Forums

Just wondering what area they dropped.

Never seen one in crystal desert from grifs, or hydras.
Never seen one in my many UW trips.
Beat the game 2wice and never saw one

If an answer is offered that leads me to a sword, I'll pay whomever posted 1st 2K.

I tried forum search, but it doesn't seem to work on my comp, srry if this is a re-post.

you can get the crystaline swords at the end of HoH (after you win, if you win), people told me you can get them in the CRYSTAL desert

P.S. Dont pay me...my good pc is busted so i cant play...

They drop anywhere, usually from the Crystal Desert and after (in storyline).

They're just really rare.

Oh. If you get a crystalline, 2k isnt much.

You can be a poser and use that ^^;

Its a quest reward from one of the quests in Piken's Square. The game calls it a "Longsword" but its what a crystalline sword skin looks like.

Since Illusionary Weaponry is one of my fave skills, posing with this sword is lots of fun

Actually got mine from FoW, from the chest which is after the (usually) first Rastigan-quest. Don't remember its name unfortunately. It was a max dmg purple one, with ok bonuses. Sold it for 100k. And both of us were happz with that

yeah i have seen em drop from the first chest in fissure also, and also in my super secret farming place, cant even mention it until its nerfed though, but there still super rare at both places
